CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS

NAME: Bore Linnea (of Linnéa Borealis, also called Twinflower)
RACE: Calanthra (a race © Private Exchange)
HAIR: Pink, almost white at the tips. Two stripes are hanging in the front with a metal piece to make tufts at the ends. The rest of the hair is swept back in a bun in the neck, held up by a hair slide shaped as a butterfly.
EYES: Green.
HEIGHT: 160 cm
BUILT: Slender and thin with pure white skin.
AGE: About 50 years (equivalent to 14, Calanthra lives for hundreds of years).
SPECIAL FACULTIES: She is a siamese twin with her sister Alis. They are joined in the hips, backs, spine, the caudal vertebra and the tail. That's why they couldn't be separated at birth, as it would have made them both handicapped. Plus one would've been left without a tail and the other with totally dislocated tail. The tail they share is long, thick and has a green, flat fin at the end. She has green fins behind her ears and one on her right side of the hips, webbed feet and hands. Green bioluminescent freckles on face, "bracelet" markings on wrists and ankles (two around her left wrist and ankle, one around her right ankle). All hair on her body is pink (including eyebrows and eyelashes).

LIKES: Being depressed and a cynic, feeling sorry for herself, predict bad things that will happen, sports (they are quite agile even though they're siamese and especially good at swimming; I mean they have eight arms and legs plus a strong tail and are perfectly synchronised with each other). She secretely likes her sisters wild ideas of having fun but would never admit it.
DISLIKES: When Alis can't sit still, life.

EYES: Green.
HEIGHT: 160 cm
BUILT: Slender and thin with pure white skin.
AGE: About 50 years (equivalent to 14, Calanthra lives for hundreds of years).
SPECIAL FACULTIES: She is a siamese twin with her sister Bore (everything is pretty much the same as with her sister, but mirrored). Green bioluminescent freckles on face, "bracelet" markings on wrists and ankles (two around her right wrist and ankle, one around her left ankle).
WEAPON: N/A
LIKES: Rainbows, sparkles, butterflies, cute things, sports (same reasons as Borealis). Her sister, even if she can be boring. She looks up to Bore because she is smart, and listens to Bore's ideas and suggestions.
DISLIKES: When she is ignored or when people talk over her head because she isn't so bright. It hurts her feelings.

BACKGROUND: Bore and Alis belongs to an alien race that inhabits a planet that mainly consists of water and some few pieces of land. Therefore the planets inhabitants have evovled into creatures who can breath both water and air (they don't have gills). As for the Calanthra, both sexes can reproduce via eggs and same sex relationships are completely normal in their society. All Calanthra are named after a flower that they resemble and they can all use psychic weapons or powers.

However, their planet is under attack by another alien race that comes from a planet where water is a rarity. The Calanthra prefers peace but in the last 600 years or so they have had to become predominantly a fighter race due to constant raids on their planet. But since they live for hundreds of years the conflict has only spanned over a few generations.

They have Cerinthe as their teacher. *more info later*

ART GUIDELINES: Not many clothing references yet, but they like to wear dresses (ending at their knees) in pretty plain designs. Maybe with a little frill or plain lace. In the colours green, white and pink.
